The official Leatherpride dinner 2011 takes places at restaurant Reload. One of our personal favorites in Antwerp. Enoy a cosy, warm setting and the hospitality of chef Fred and his team.

On the menu
starter: beef carpaccio in a traditional way
or triptych of shrimp (Bisque, croquette and tomato)

main course: pork tenderloin stuffed with mushrooms and Ganda ham,
with rosemary sauce and potato gratin
or butterfish with grilled ratatouille, puree with olive oil and basil

desert: fried pineapple with vanilla and black pepper
